At Popopipo, we want you to shop with confidence.

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described.

Items must be in original condition (unused, with packaging/tags).

Certain items cannot be returned: food, personal care products, and final-sale items.

If the mistake is ours, we cover return costs. If it’s a change of mind, return costs may apply.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days or issued as store credit.
