Refund & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product was delivered to the wrong address or is the wrong item.
The product is still in its original condition (unused, with tags/packaging intact) within [7–14 days] of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded, such as:
Perishable goods (food, drinks, groceries).
Personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene items) once opened.
Digital products, gift cards, or vouchers.
Items marked “Final Sale”.
3. Refund Process
Contact our Customer Support via the app or email within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a clear description (or photo) of the issue.
Our team will review your request and arrange for return pickup or drop-off if eligible.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the item with the correct product (subject to stock availability).
5. Delivery Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective product), Popopipo will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer’s choice (e.g., change of mind), return delivery costs may be deducted from the refund.
